Learn how to search for information on the World Wide Web. This is a hands-on class teaching beginning internet skills. experience with a keyboard and mouse is necessary. Learn about blood sugar monitoring, carb counting and heart health along with grocery shopping, eating out basics and more. Receive a personalized meal plan from a Registered Dietitian.Classes are free, no referral needed.
